postheadericon I conquer one step at a time.

“One step at a time” is my mantra. It enables me to reach my goals and overcome any challenge. I am confident in knowing that success is mine for the taking. When I choose a goal, I take the time to make an action plan to reach it. My action plan consists of a series of small steps that lead to my ultimate success. It’s like a private map of my journey to victory! Some of these steps are so small that they can be reached in less than a day. So my plan may be comprised of plenty of small actions, but I know that if I take one step at a time, I am sure to reach my destination. When challenges arise, I take a deep breath and remind myself, “One step at a time.” This mindset helps me devise a positive solution. I can look at challenges from one angle at a time and come up with a way to go around it, overcome it, or use it to my advantage. “One step at a time” also brings me patience when I need it and helps me relieve stress. I am calmer and more accepting of life’s challenges because I realize that everything is just one small step of many in my journey to success. postheadericon I feel successful and I let go of all obstacles that stand in my way.

I am a success! Each day I allow myself the luxury of enjoying the good feelings that come with my achievements. I am also confident that I can overcome every challenge. Rather than bemoan an issue, I seek solutions and take decisive action to continue moving forward toward my goals. To ensure my success in any endeavor, I divide my goal into attainable steps and then take action immediately to build momentum. As I complete each step, I reward myself. I feel good about it and proud of myself for accomplishing a necessary task that puts me closer and closer to my goal. It doesn’t matter if the task was small or if it only took a few minutes to complete it. A success is a success no matter how you look at it! So I feel good about my achievements and I let it bring me the confidence to move forward. When an obstacle raises its head, I tackle it immediately. Perhaps there is a way I can simply sidestep this challenge and move on. Perhaps it is really bringing me the opportunity to find a better way to get to my goal. Whatever the challenge, I seek a solution of action steps that keep me moving forward, even if there is a detour along the way. postheadericon I keep myself moving forward.

I have many tools in my toolbox that I can use to keep myself heading toward my goals. The ones I use most often are my action plan success strategy, affirmations, self-reflection, and time management. My action plan success strategy sets me up for victory. I take the time to divide my goals into small steps that I know will get me to my destination. In my plan, each task that I complete brings me one step closer toward the achievement of my goals. Part of my strategy that keeps me motivated is that I celebrate every success, no matter how small. Every time I complete a task in my action plan, I reward myself. I allow myself to feel good about it and I look forward to completing the next task to continue my success. Positive affirmations help keep me focused on my goals and banish thoughts of self-doubt. I repeat affirmations to myself at least twice each day and again each time I need a boost to my confidence. Self-reflection also helps me move forward. When I reflect, I visualize living my dreams as if it’s happening in the present. I experience it with all my senses and feel the wonderful emotions of being there. It motivates me to make my dreams a priority. Lastly, my time management skills bring everything together. My deadlines are important to me and with careful planning I am able to achieve anything I set my mind to. I plan ahead to ensure I am at my best in order to become the success that I deserve. I make plans to achieve my goals without stress. When I do this, I confidently and calmly meet my aspirations. When I create an effective plan that helps me meet my deadlines, goals and desires in life, I am able to accomplish more with ease. I enjoy the success I create for myself. Visualizing my goals with their deadlines helps me create a solid plan of action. I also leave wiggle room for unexpected changes in case things come up. This allows me to accept little bumps along the way without losing sight of where I am meant to be. I enjoy the relaxed feelings I have when those little bumps come up because I have left room for them in my plans. In turn, I enjoy my journey along the way and I celebrate my success when I reach the finish line victoriously. Today, I carefully construct my plans and remember to leave myself some wiggle room. By doing this, I can meet my deadlines no matter what obstacle may arise in my path. I can enjoy my journey and feel the satisfaction of success. I allow myself to dream big dreams and set goals accordingly. Then I take action to make them happen. When I set a goal, the first thing I do is divide the goal into a series of steps I can take to get me there. Each step is an easily attainable task. I schedule the easiest tasks at the beginning so I can jump right in and gain forward momentum toward my goal. [hana-code-insert name='adsense-wall' /] Easy tasks also keep me focused on my goal. Each task I complete successfully gives me confidence to keep moving. I know I am one step closer to my goal and it makes me eager to take the next step. I acknowledge that, no matter what path we choose in life, there will be challenges. I also know that success comes to those who persevere. So I do my best to anticipate challenges and discover their solutions. My action plan is my map to my treasure! Even if I need to change my path to go around a bump in the road, I do not get lost.
